:: Entertaining

I came to America as a young bride with very little experience in cooking or entertaining. I can still remember my first dinner party for six. I spent all day cooking nervously and had barely put together four dishes before the doorbell rang and the guests arrived. As time went by, I gained experience and developed a great passion for the finer points of cooking and entertaining. After 25 years of experience as a home entertainer, I am ready to share what I have learned. Whether it is an intimate dinner party for six or a grand gala for twenty-five people, my goal is to provide recipes and guidelines for entertaining. These are some of my favorite menus which I use to entertain my friends and family. All these parties have different themes with an Indian flair. I hope you will have as much fun as I do at your parties.
